After School Club

***  ALL children attending Springers have to be registered online before being able to book any sessions via the COB link. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties with the online registration and booking system. ***
 

Please note that the After School Club runs every day in the school term, expect inset days; Bank holidays and days when Lodge Farm Primary School has had to close unexpectedly.

All children are encouraged to participate in the fun activities and games and have a choice of both child initiated or adult led play experiences.  It is a busy and fun environment centered around the children's individual needs!

​

It is the parent/carers responsibility to inform the setting manager of any changes to their child's dietary requirements  and to ensure that the registration form details their specific needs.

To ensure everyone's safety, please do NOT send children in with snacks from home.

Afternoon Snack Options

​

We offer an afternoon snack made up of a minimum of 2 different options from the examples listed below.

 These are rotated throughout the week according to availability

​

  Cold Options:  Crackers / rice cakes / tortilla wraps / croissants / pain au chocolat / pitta breads and baguettes.

​

Hot Options:  pasta / jacket spuds / toast / soup / spaghetti hoops / beans / crumpets / pancakes and bagels (Winter options)

​

All the above offered with:  cheese, ham, jam, yogurts & fruit and veg provided daily.

​

Drinks:  Fresh water; Semi skimmed milk & occasional Nesquik milkshakes.

​

Opening Times 
After School Club opening hours are 3:15pm to 6:15pm

Bookings

All children need to be booked online by 7:00am on the day of the session.  

We are no longer taking walk in bookings, or via phone, text or email.  See below for late/emergency booking charges.
 

Prices & Times Per Child
Early Session: 3:15pm to 5:00pm: £9.00 for 1st child and £8.00 for any siblings.
Late Session; 3:15pm to 6.15pm: £10.00 for 1st child and £9.00 for any siblings

Emergency/Late Bookings - call 07859915985:  £5.00 additional fee per child regardless of collection time.

*** End of Term early closures opening times are:  1:15pm - 5:15pm:  £12.00/session (bouncy castle) ***

Late Collection Fee

The late fee is automatically added to the booking account of any child still on site after 6:16pm.  This fee is charged at a rate of £10/family for 15 minutes or part thereof and used to go towards the additional staff wages incurred.

​

Cancellations & Refunds 

To avoid being charged any cancellations must be made online by NO later than 7:00am on the day of the session.   Alternatively, full charge will be applicable per session if late notice/no notice is given.   Refunds outside the cancellation period are only given at the Managers discretion.

Payment Terms

Full payment is to be made online using the system at the time of booking. It allows for card/voucher/cash payments (any cash payments must be made in advance or at time of collection).

Any unpaid fees will result in the system cancelling future bookings and your account will be suspended until paid in full.

Please note that we are not responsible/liable for the damage or loss of any toys,

games and clothing brought in to the setting by the children.
Please make sure all personal belongings are clearly labelled to reduce lost property.
