Breakfast Club

***  ALL children attending Springers have to be registered online before being able to book any sessions via the COB link. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties with the online registration and booking system. ***
 

Please note that the Breakfast Club runs every day in the school term, expect inset days; Bank holidays and days when Lodge Farm Primary School has had to close unexpectedly.

Whether eating Breakfast at home or at club - all children are encouraged to participate in the fun activities and games and have a choice of both child initiated or adult led play experiences.  It is a busy and fun environment!

It is the parent/carers responsibility to inform the setting manager of any changes to their child's dietary requirements  and to ensure that the registration form details their specific needs.

To ensure everyones safety, please do NOT send children in with breakfast from home.

Breakfast Food Options

Breads:  Children are given a choice of carb options such as:  Toast; Bagels; Crumpets; Pancakes; English Muffins; Croissants; Pain au Chocolat.  These are rotated throughout the week according to availability.

​

Hot Options:  Beans & Spaghetti Hoops are alternated daily.

​

Cereals:  Each day the children have a variety of 5 different cereal options with Semi skimmed milk.  We offer:  Weetabix; Rice Snaps; Choc Hoops; Shreddies; CornFlakes; Hooplas; Ready-Brek.

Yoghurts & Fruit:  Froob yoghurts & fresh fruit segments are available every day.

​

Drinks:  Fresh water; Semi skimmed milk & occasional Nesquik milkshakes

Opening Times 
Breakfast Club opening hours are 7:30am to 8:50am
 

Prices & Times Per Child
7:30am to 8:50am: £4.00 for the first child and £3.50 for any siblings.

Emergency/Late Bookings - call 07859915985:  £5.00 per child regardless of drop off time.

Please note that prices are the same whether children have Breakfast at home or with us at the club.

All children need to be booked in prior to the session. You can book online in advance or up to 7:00am on the day. We are no longer taking bookings via phone, text or email.  Any walk in bookings will be charged as an Emergency Booking (as above).

 

Cancellations & Refunds 

To avoid being charged any cancellations must be made before 7:00am on the day or in advance. 

Alternatively, full charge will be applicable per session if no notice is given.

Refunds are only given when days are booked and subsequently not used with the minimum notice period given. 
 

Payment Terms
Full payment is to be made online using the system at the time of booking. It allows for card/voucher/cash payments (any cash payments must be made in advance or at time of collection).

Any unpaid fees will result in the system cancelling future bookings and your account will be suspended until paid in full.

Please note that we are not responsible/liable for the damage or loss of any toys, games and clothing brought in to the setting by the children.
Please make sure all personal belongings are clearly labelled to reduce lost property.
