Holiday Club

***  ALL children attending Springers have to be registered online before being able to book any sessions via the COB link. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties with the online registration and booking system. ***
 

Please note that the Holiday Club runs every day in the Hertfordshire school holiday period, with the exception of Lodge Farm Inset Days; Bank holidays and days when Lodge Farm Primary School has had to close unexpectedly.

All children are encouraged to participate in the fun activities and games and have a choice of both child initiated or adult led play experiences.  It is a busy and fun environment centered around the children's individual needs!

It is the parent/carers responsibility to inform the setting manager of any changes to their child's dietary requirements  and to ensure that the registration form details their specific needs.

Opening Times 

Full Day: any times between the hours of; 7:30am – 6:15pm
Morning/AM Session:  any times between the hours of 7:30am to 1:00pm

Afternoon/PM Session:  any times between the hours of 1:00pm to 6:15pm
The Holiday Club runs every day during school holidays, with the exception of inset days; Bank holidays and days when Lodge Farm Primary School has requested we close due to safety reasons for work being carried out.

Prices & Times Per Child
Full day: £30.00 for 1st child and any siblings £27.50
Half day: £20.00 for 1st child and any sibling £17.50
*Note: Half day times are: 7:30am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 6.15pm

Late Collection Fee

The late fee is automatically added to the booking account of any child still on site after 6:16pm.  This fee is charged at a rate of £10/family for 15 minutes or part thereof and used to go towards the additional staff wages incurred.

Cancellations & Refunds

To avoid being charged, any cancellations must be made a minimum of 1 week (7 Days) prior to the start of the session.   Alternatively, full charge will be applicable per session if late notice/no notice is given.
 

Payment Terms
Full payment is to be made online using the system at the time of booking. It allows for card/voucher/cash payments (any cash payments must be made in advance or at time of collection).

Any unpaid fees will result in the system cancelling future bookings and your account will be suspended until paid in full.

 

What To Bring With You To Club

Please be sure to send your child in with a labelled bag/backpack with the following items inside:

• Packed lunch (labelled lunchbox & containing NO Nuts / Sesame Seeds).

• Labelled water bottle - for us to refill.  If forgotten you can purchase one from club for £0.50.

• Labelled jumper/coat.  If required, any spare clothing being brought in for wet play or toilet change (also needs to be labelled).

Please note that we are not responsible/liable for the damage or loss of any toys, games and clothing brought in to the setting by the children.

Breakfast:

​We offer a basic breakfast, comprising of toast and/or cereal with semi-skimmed milk. 

This is available to everybody up until 9:00am

​

  Morning  & Afternoon Snacks: 

a quick snack made up of one of the following: 

Crackers / rice cakes / tortilla wraps / Sandwiches/ toast / bread-rolls

These are accompanied by either 1 or 2 of the following:

Apples / oranges / pears  /  melon / carrots / cucumber

Drinks:  Fresh water available to refill the children's water bottles
